Get into the Halloween spirit with a charming needle felting project inspired by vintage Halloween imagery! Choose one of three whimsical designs: a pumpkin, black cat, or crescent moon. Using loose wool fibers and a special barbed needle, you’ll create your own colorful felted patch on craft felt.
