Pop up Art School Program FAQs

Pop up Art School is a mobile and virtual art lesson business. Take the stress out of planning creative programs with our punctual and professional service.

Our goal is to help make your event a success by drawing the largest crowd possible. Below, you'll find answers to common questions and tips to help you maximize registration and attendance.

I booked a program, but I can't remember how many people can register for a Pop up Art School program, and I can't find my invoice.

Our in person programs are for a maximum of 15 participants. Look for an email from lisa@popupartschool.com with the subject line “Your upcoming Pop up Art School program information”. The email has additional details about your program, an invoice, a W9 and promotional materials. If you still can't find it, please email us.

Ways you can increase registration:

  • Leave the registration open until the moment the program begins. We will bring enough materials for 15 people – no matter what.

  • People who are late may be able to start the lesson after it begins.

If someone will be 45 minutes late can they still do the project?

Please ask your teacher if they are comfortable taking someone halfway through. Watercolor painting is very dependent on timing, so having someone enter the classroom halfway through the lesson may be an issue depending on the project.

Can I or someone from our staff attend the program?

Absolutely! Making a project with the attendees helps you to connect with them through a shared experience.
